What are important factors to consider when looking into a backpack diaper bag?
We think there are some key details to consider when deciding to purchase a backpack diaper bag whether this is for yourself or someone else and this includes:
- It needs to be large enough to fit all of the babies items in including mom’s stuff too!
- Strong and Durable – it needs to hold a lot of items so must not fall to pieces after 5 minutes.
- Include superior features like an insulated bottle holder, numerous pockets, and a fold-out change mat.
- Easy to clean either by hand washing or machine washing.
- Available with stroller straps to make it easy to travel with.
- Lightweight – we don’t recommend it to have any heavy metals or materials that make the bag weigh so much you can’t even carry it once full.
- Can be worn over the shoulder and as a backpack.
- Cost-effective – may cost slightly more than other diaper bags but ultimately must last!

I bought a bag probably around 8 years ago that had the "lifetime guarantee." I had to use the warrant once and was disappointed to not get the same color, but at least it was replaced. Last summer I called and got the information, printed the return form, and lost track of life with selling a home and buying, moving... life. I finally sent out the bag a week ago and was dismayed when it was returned. I emailed and was sent a reply that included the NEW warranty policy that limits the bag to 2 years for defects. I was told my warranty no longer existed, but I could have 50% off a bag.... um no, my bag has a LIFETIME warranty as promised when purchased. I already paid for the bag, shipping to return bags twice, and you want to claim you changed your policy and my warranty doesn't count now?????? Clear example of no having good company values and good customer service!! Very unhappy, buy better products elesewhere!!!
